The Deadly Return Chp5 Part4: Couldn't Get Away

        Demolished SHIELD Base (Present)

Apocalypse gritted his teeth as the android copy of Phil Coulson pressed the blade against his throat.  Carl Creel, The Absorbing Man, was the only thing standing between this android escaping the wreckage of the base.  Ordinarily, this would bother the shape shifting Inhuman as he was tough enough to shake off bullets from 50 caliber shells and explosive shrapnel, however Evan could sense that the Android wasn't using an ordinary blade but one made of a shaped force field.  Quite similar to the type the Mausians used on their super sharp Bellisangs, other wise called "War Hoes" by their enemies, that would allow the diminutive aliens to hack down large opponents down to size with ease.  Even with his toughness, the blade held at his throat was sharper than a molecular blade and could force it's way through his neck with enough force applied by the strong android arm that held the weapon menacing to split his neck in two.  He wasn't even sure if Carl wouldn't be affected by the weapon, as he wasn't sure that the Inhuman body guard would be able to take on the properties of any thing short of Adamantium would stop this kind of energy blade.

Phil demanded of The Absorbing Man,
"You heard me!  Step out of the way, or you'll be explaining why you let your team leader die!"

Apocalypse objected,
"Don't you negotiate with him!  Take him down!"

Android Phil pressed the knife to scrape the Inhuman's commander's throat,
"You quiet down right now!  Do you realize the perilous situation you are in?"

Apocalypse realized if he sacrificed himself to let Carl Creel have a chance to attack Phil, he wasn't sure that android that hid his friend Phil Coulson's memories would be easily defeated by his team mate who was bested by Phil and his team before.  On top of that, this Phil had a super strong Android body, though his legs where apparently damaged.  Evan weighed his options carefully as he waited for Creel to make his move.

        Desert above the demolished SHIELD Base (Present)

Talbot was studying the remains of the pieces of the two damaged Daisy Johnson LMD's.  Young Morgan Stiller, in her identity as Agent Frost had brought General Glenn Talbot out to see these mechanized imposters which she had destroyed days earlier.  Glenn asked her, "And you destroyed just these two?"  Morgan shyly put her arm behind her neck, "There are no heads!"  Talbot asked her confusion, "What?"  Morgan explained, "There were more pieces.  Including heads.  I blinded one by freezing her face.  The other I used my ice blades to destroy her legs.  There are many pieces missing here!"  Talbot looked at the pieces, he noticed that it looked like some part were not cut apart but carefully disassembled.  "Are you sure you destroyed them?", Talbot asked.  Suddenly he was interrupted by Agent Croft, "Sir, there is a situation unfolding down with Team A.  It appears Agent Coulson was not whom he said he was."  Agent Diana Croft let the General listen in as the Android Coulson demanded that Carl step aside and let him go to the secret elevator or else he would kill Captain Rockford, known in the coms as Apocalypse.  Talbot knew that Rockford would not let the android hold him hostage, unless he had a really good way of hurting him or his team.  Talbot wanted to get over there now, so he spoke into his communicator, "Croft!  Round up whom ever we have and lets get down the elevator as fast as we can!"  "I can get you there faster!", Agent Frost offered.  Talbot spoke in surprise, "How? That complex is underground a hundred feet!"  Agent Frost made several hand signs and formed a portal out of mystical energy.  "There!  You should be able to get down there through this portal." she explained.  Talbot cautiously looked at the flickering portal that Agent Frost had formed, trying to make heads or tails of it if it was safe to enter inside.

         Lunivia, at the alien males bathrooms (Present)

Agent TT peaked out the door of the bathroom,
"All clear!"

Jaune walked out in relief,
"Good, I was afraid we'd have to be rough with those girls."

Suddenly the three Lunivian females who pestered them earlier leapt down from above in front of them.  The called Mahrjahn informed Jaune, " That's okay if you gotta get rough, we Lunivian girls are tough.  We do all our nation's fighting, while weak human females are too delicate to risk their lives on the battlefield. And we are far more beautiful than them.  With benefits like that, doesn't it sound a bit tempting, Sunshine? "

At the warehouse, the CD Player kept playing as Levi listened to it.  Tyrmorn kept showing him CD's.  He placed the ones he already had in one pile, and the ones that he needed in another.

Back the bathrooms,The short one asked as she looked intently at Jaune with her bright blue eyes,
"So any more like you, with you?"

The tall one grumbled as she glared back with her light olive colored eyes,<<Kaehlix! Vahrunae van prapati, loxni Mahrjahn! Bo noh pantni Hughman!>> / "Kaehlix!  Let Mahrjahn work her spell on this one, then he'll help us find other human boys!"
<<Nyigh zohlaak, Moahaan?>>.  / "What if he's here by himself, Moahaan?" She retorted as she glared back angrily.

<<Yrita Briga, Dahan!>> / "Quiet!  The both of you!"

Mahrjahn began to put arms around Jayne's neck, as the Inhuman made a motion to TT to put on his MIB glasses.

She began to say as she smiled,
"Now sunshine, where were we last time?"

"Here!" Jaune spoke as he emanated a bright flash from his fingers

<<Agra!>> / "I am blinded!", Moahaan said in shock.

<<Buhloxxi!>> " Blackness of the darkest night!", Kaehlix cried.

At the warehouse, The CD player continued as Levi carefully listened to it,  He looked through the CDs, but was bothering him that this woman was watching him so intently.  Usually Behni wives took a disinterested look at negotiations, just so they could catch you by surprise if you made a hostile move, but this one didn't.  She seemed to be very young and perhaps audacious.
"A cloud appears above your head
A beam of light comes shining down on you
Shining down on you
The cloud is moving nearer still
Aurora Borealis comes in view
Aurora comes in view"

        At The Bathrooms(Lunivia, In The Present)
Mahrjahn rubbed her eyes and her sight recovered to see TT pulling Jaune along by the hands away from them.  Mahrjahn smiled widely revealing her sharp teeth, <<Bropo! Ybrotad hunsen vahhani breyni!>> / "Ho ho!  The hunt is sweeter when the prey runs!"


Levi continued to listen at the warehouse,  He was noticing that Tyrmorn was looking a bit nervous. He dropped several of the CDs on his Behni wife on the table.  She caught them up quickly with her long fingers and gave a dirty look at him.  "Most interesting.", Levi thought.  Another voice, female, spoke into his head, " Should I get in there?". Levi thought back, "Kaetean!  Be like this Behni woman, bide your time and but be ready to strike."
The song continued...

In an alleyway that led out of the bathrooms, Agent TT dragged Jaune along with all the speed his little legs could muster.

Jaune cried out, "TT!  You are going too fast!  I am not Lunivian!  I can't run as fast as you!"

Agent TT pointed behind them, "You can't, but they can!"

Jaune looked behind him and saw the three alien females sprinting effortlessly after him.

Jaune took off running with all his might and Agent TT got behind him to push him along faster.  As they were fleeing, Polarity saw them fleeing the females.

<<Bgrabak, Voh na patni so!>> "Get him, we'll catch him and he'll be mine!", Mahrjahn cried out.

Polarity face suddenly became annoyed, " Really!  They're that boy crazy?"

Polarity used her magnetic semblance to propel herself faster as she pursued after them.

New York Sanctum, 8 years ago
SO heard the fearful bangs, "The Monster might get us. Do something!"

The Ancient One reaches for a black bag in desperation, but Evan pulls a tiny crucifix off his necklace, and holds it up as it grows into a full sized cross.

"Stand back, Clea!  I don't know what this will do!", he said to the Ancient One.  

Suddenly a bright light emanates from Evan and the sounds of pounding and thumping disappear.

The Ancient One says in shock, "Evan, that was reflection sorcery!  I've only seen holy men do that! You showed Infinity's power!  How did you?"

Evan nurses wounds that opened up on the palms of his hands and drops of blood come down his brow as he said shamefully, "I am not holy at all."

Clea persists, "But Evan, that was Rhythmic Stone energy only...."

Evan growls "Stop it! I am the worst sinner of all time! I am a repulsive wretch! Why did you give me this gift after I've abandoned you so many times...."

Jerusalem (Circa, 2000 years ago)

The young Agent Omega/Evan Rockford stood beside a shackled pole between a couple of Roman Soldiers and standing on a dais before a crowd dressed in robes. The Romans had captured him with sorcery that turned off his Inhuman powers, now he waited his fate, and it didn't look good for him. He had found out that this was some sort of ceremony that the Romans did to appease the Jews.  They would pick two prisoners and present them to the crowd, one would be released and the other would join two others in crucifixion.  Evan was surprised that the presider, Pontious Pil-late, had picked him and this his new friend as the ones they chose for this ceremony.  But he was sure that Pil-late didn't like him, and chose him and Yeshua, a lay preacher accused of blasphemy he had befriended in the prison.  Evan thought it was easy enough for the crowd to pick Yeshua and let him go, as he was sure that Pil-late had chosen the preacher to ensure that the crowd would chose Evan to be crucified.

He thought, Why did he go on this mission.  Some crazy guy in a blue cape and suit had sent him back in time to retrieve the Cross of Christ, but he never even knew where to look for it.  Evan instead saw that the Romans were treating the Jews cruelly, and being a proud descendant of Jews, Evan tried to start a revolt.  He was following in the foot steps of his hero, Captain America.  He thought he would free the Hebrews from cruel Roman oppression, and maybe set up a democracy to benefit them.  It seemed that the original purpose of the mission had gone awry and the others that came with the realized that they were stranded in time.  So Evan elected to make the best of it, leading a rebel army that called him "Son of Uprising" or "Chosen Son" or something like that.  He used his shape shifting powers that made him strong enough to deflect the Roman swords and tore through the ranks of Centurions they sent to oppose him.  He showed them no mercy, and he knew that they Governor here would want him dead as an example to the others.  Evan waited his fate as they stood on the dais, as Pil-late had sent the lay preacher away, but for what he wasn't sure.

To his surprise, he watched as they brought out a lay preacher of some sort that Evan had befriended in this prison. Yeshua, a small Hebrew man had been beaten and his body was covered in bloody whip marks. He panted in exhaustion at the treatment he had been given.  Evan grew angry at seeing his friend so badly treated.

 Evan turned towards the man presiding over this terrible ceremony, the Roman dressed in a white toga. "You monster!", he screamed at him. A Roman Soldier began to batter the Evan into the dirt, but the presider stopped him. The teen recovered as he watched the man in the toga speak to the crowd in what he understood to be Latin. The crowd began to boo and hiss at him as he presented Yeshua, a small man, was brought out beaten and his body covered in whip marks.  The Roman pointed and asked the crowd as he pointed towards Yeshua and Evan. The crowd began to point at Evan shouting. Evan understood them shouting something about Cesar, maybe he was going to send the preacher to Rome.  Evan wasn't sure.  The Roman man in the toga pointed to the Jewish preacher.

The crowd shouted, "Stow-Ro-O" repeatedly

Evan knew that word. "Crucify? You can't crucify him! He's done nothing wrong! I'm the murderer! I broke the backs of soldiers and killed them with cruelty!".

Evan turned to Yeshua, " You don't deserve this! God please don't let him die this way. Give me back my powers, Lord! I can save him.  Please don't punish me like this! I can't be let go knowing that someone died for a crimes I did!"

The man in a toga called a servant and washed his hands in a bowl brought to him. The Roman Soldiers began to remove Evan's shackles, to his surprise and let him go.

Evan turned to his new rabbi mentor as the soldiers took off the Inhuman's iron chains.
"I know you don't understand me, English isn't invented yet, but understand I know you don't deserve this. I wish I could do something to stop it."

“Let it be so now,” The Holy Man replied. “It is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness in this way.”

Evan said in shock as the soldiers pushed him away, "English? You can't know English!"

He cried as watched as the Roman Soldiers put a crown made of thorn branches on his head, mocked him and hit him with a reed.

"No! It can't be!" Evan blurted out.

Evan wandered through the crowd in a daze at what happened, had he been saved by...  Suddenly a woman in shocking red hair stopped him, "Evan, do you have the cross?  The Stranger found us and we can go home!"  Evan looked at her surprise, "I am sorry, I have to see something first.  Besides, I think I found it.  If its him, it seems to be him."  Princess asked, "What are you talking about?"

Evan watched as they made Yeshua carry the cross beam of his cross up to a hill outside the city.  It was hard to watch what came next, but he would never forget it.

Afterwards on a lonely hill, three bloody large crosses stand testament to what Evan would have gone through.  Princess asked, "That was him.  He healed me.  Evan, lets just get the cross..."  

"No!  I have to say something first.  My powers have returned, but to late to do anything to save you. But I will never forget what you did for me."

Evan pulled up the crucifix in the center,
"Because this cross was supposed to be mine! And I will carry this always to remind me.  And no one is taking it away from me! "

New York Sanctum (8 years ago)

Evan takes the cross he had grown, and shrinks it back down to its tiny size and clasp it back on his key chain, he sits and weeps.


Clea touched his shoulder, he says to her through his tears, "I wish I wouldn't forget, but I always do."

" It's all right, Ogias," the balded woman comforted her friend. " You cannot change the course of history.  It was his fate."

"And he came back, I know he did", Evan says as he touches his cross.  "I wish I had the sense to take that seriously.", he lamented.

Ancient One reveals a box from the black bag.  "Sorry Ogias, I was interrupted.  I have to do something to help Kaecillus.  He was burned badly."

Evan still spent from the sorcery he performed, followed The Ancient One over where her disciples where treating a badly burned man.  She took out a strange amulet from the black bag.  She began to make motions over him with her hand as strangely time seemed to reverse and the burns disappeared from him.  Kaecillus awakened, "You have this power?  Why don't you don't you use it to help others?  Why don't you teach it to me?"  The Ancient One scolded him, "The power of the Eye of Agamotto is not to be used.  It can easily destroy as much as it can restore!"  Kaecillus looked at the cremated remains of his fellows that the other disciples were removing.  "Why don't you do like wise from them?"  Clea said in annoyance, "The dead should be left to rest, Kaecillus!"  He became infuriated and reached for the Eye, "You are hording power that could fix the world!"

Omega stepped between them and glared fiercely at Kaecillus, "You got a problem with her!  You got a problem with me!  That's somewhere you don't want to go!"  Clea stopped him, "Ogias, these are my disciples!  And I will discipline them.  Kaecillus, go do your meditations!"  The restored man glared at Omega, but relented and walked away.  Omega turned to SO as he moved behind him, "I thought I was going to have a put a hurt on the old boy.  He's dangerous..."  The Ancient One stopped him, "Much was said of you.  Besides, its not the fated time to deal with him.  Only he can move himself off the path of destruction."  SO asked, "And if he decides not too?"  Clea tightened her fists, "Now is not the time to take any action.  Hopefully he will realize the wisdom in the words I said."

         Back in the alleyway(Lunivia, The Present)

"Hey, Sunshine!  I'm gaining on you!", Mahrjahn shouted as she neared Jaune.

" Nineeniyhee" Kaehlix giggled in her alien tongue.

"They are fast!" Jaune said in surprise.

"Just keep running!" TT told him.  The Lunivian MIB looked behind and saw SHIELD Agent Polarity using her semblance to follow them.  He winked at Polarity, and then suddenly dove under the three female's feet.  Kaehlix tried to jump but stumbled and fell.  Moahaan jumps but landed wrong and stumbled as well.  Mahrjahn leapt high went perfectly over as she continued to pursue Jaune.  Moahaan tried to get up, but Polarity aimed a jump kick at the Lunivian, knocking her end over end.  Kaehlix attacked Agent TT in rage, but suddenly a metal container landed over her head, spun over, trapping the little Lunivian inside as her feet flailed helplessly over her body.

"Thanks, Miss Polarity" TT spoke with a wide smile.

"We still have save Jaune!  Come on!"

        At the Warehouse(Lunivia, The Present)

Levi listened at the warehouse, The CD continued to play as he and Tyrmorn went through the CDs.  "Country, don't think that's really caught in here.  It's too American.  But the newest stuff does sound like old rock n roll.", Levi smiled.  He noticed the woman was still studying him with her eyes.
The song continued...

        Badly Damaged SHIELD Base (Present)

SHIELD Agent Diana Croft listened as Commander Hill shouted into her coms, "Take them down!"  She over heard Dr. Rubinstein shout, "It's like we kicked over a swarm of bees!"  Emil began to taunt, "You think you can give me a challenge!  Take that and that!"  Suddenly the coms from Team C went down momentarily, but they came on suddenly as Dr. Sofen shouted, "Quickly!  Send reinforcements!  Aiiieeee!"  Diana spoke over the coms, "General Talbot!"  "In a minute, Agent Frost has a plan.", Glenn responded.  Suddenly his com went momentarily dead.

        At the Warehouse(Lunivia, The Present)

The player continued, as Tyrmorn continued to show more CD's to Levi.  The young human was noticing that his friend the Thukx looked terrified when ever the woman looked his way.  Behni wives expected a controlling interest in any relationship they had, however Levi wasn't getting that vibe between Tyrmorn and the Behni Woman.

Away from the alleyway that led to the bathrooms, Jaune wandered down the back alleys, and with no one in sight he was sure he lost those crazy Lunivians.  As he walked over to look down back toward the alley, he searched for Agent TT.  Suddenly Mahrjahn pounced on him, pinning him to the ground.

At the warehouse, Levi thought, "Babe, I think this woman is Imperial T&E.".   A female voice spoke into his thoughts, " Treachery & Espionage?  That would explain a lot.  I tried feeling around her mind earlier, but she's obviously trained in the use of Psi Shields.  Also there are a few different beings in other places throughout the warehouse.  I detect an A'dark, Quamorle, a Skalogac, three Behni males, a mind that is very savage, and another that is a powerful, non psionic presence.   Levi thought back, "The Savage mind is probably a Raihyubua, and the big presence might be a Vixtorr.  I heard a kids choir of those space dragons are going to be performing a cultural exchange concert here this week.  I wonder if they brought along a Suetay,  I've always wanted to lay eyes on those walking cacti.  Kaetean, get ready to get in here because I think things are going to get ugly.  The A'dark has already probably sensed you, so be careful.  This had got to be a set up!  I think I've really stepped in this time.

Mahrjahn smiled in wide satisfaction,"You know what I love about you human guys?  The fact you adore your women.  Luni, Lunivian boys know they're rare and cheat on you and demand constant attention.  I hate that about them."

"Look!  Maybe you are confused, but I am inhuman and your an.. elf?  I don't think it would work out."

"Just say to me that I am the most beautiful woman you've ever known.  Tell me how you worship me.  How I totally have your heart." Mahrjahn pleaded.

"I can't do that."

"Why not!" Mahrjahn demanded.

"Because the woman that makes me feel that way is standing right behind you!"

Mahrjahn turned to see Polarity behind her, suddenly a flat bar of steel wrapped itself around the Lunivian and floated up becoming affixed to the wall.  Mahrjahn cried and cursed as she struggled in her bonds, as Polarity helped Jaune up.

"So beautiful alien girls chasing after you, better not let you out of my sight!"

"TT's right, they're much too crazy here." Jaune laughed

"So you gonna tell me how I am the most beautiful woman you've ever known?  How you worship me and how I totally have your heart?" Polarity smiled

"I will, but all that running in the cold made me need to go to the bathroom again."

        Badly Damaged SHIELD Base (Present)

Apocalypse was walking forward as the android Phil Coulson held the knife onto his throat.  Carl was following them, he dared not attack the android that held Captain Rockford its prisoner.  Suddenly a portal formed behind the android and Apocalypse noticed Agent Frost emerging with General Talbot.  "Frost!  When I go!  Nail this guy!", Apocalypse called out.  "What are you?", Coulson got out as he turned to where the Inhuman had been looking.  He only saw a muzzle flash that hit in square in the face and recoiled as the bullet hit the metal structure of his android skull.  The Inhuman commander took advantage of the assault and threw the android to the floor.  To everyone's surprise, the android began to form new legs out of force field energy and held up a shield made of the same that deflected the bullets that General Talbot was shooting at the android.  "You shot me!  With out even questioning it was me?", Android Coulson spoke in outrage.  "The real Phil wouldn't be such a nasty guy!  You're going down you robot imposter!", Glenn growled as he continued shooting.  Agent Frost threw several blades of ice at robot, trying to sneak a blow around it's force shield.  The Absorbing Man charged, changing into pure steel as he moved towards the LMD.  He began to furiously pound on the force shield that the android Coulson was using to defend himself.  "Where is Rockford, d3mmt!", the android imposter cursed.  Apocalypse answered as he struck the android from behind, "Right where you don't want me to be!"  Phil rolled from the blow, and tucked under the attacking fists of the Absorbing Man.  He jumped up to attack again as he rolled over to a nearby wall, but two ice blades aimed by Agent Frost hit the android's arm.  Suddenly he was struggling to produce his force shield as it seemed damage.  Several shots struck him from Talbot's pistol as he stood there, which caused him to try to flee.  But Creel used his steel fists to knock the android imposter over onto a wall, where Apocalypse stretched out a huge enlarged fist that smashed the android against the wall hard.  "I have to get away, I am Captain Kirk.  You are the red shirts... ah nuts!", Coulson got out as several bullets from Talbot's gun struck the exposed innards of the android.  "You shut your stupid robot mouth!", Glenn angrily taunted to the LMD, just as it exploded in shower of parts and pieces that Apocalypse stretched out his hand to cover the others from the shrapnel.

"This is going to be your new over a pint at a bar story, isn't it?" Apocalypse asked Glenn.

"You know it is!  Where are the others!  I was told he took out Deadpool and maybe Deathlok."

Apocalypse pointed out the red and black clad commando as he helped Deathlok over towards the others,
"If you think a force field whip is going to put Ol' Wade down in a pine box,  you don't know him like I do!"

Deadpool joked,
"Ah!  Couldn't have waited till I put a grenade in him?  Preferably in some shameful and vulnerable and hilarious place before you blew him to bits."

Talbot smirked,
"Sorry Wilson, will try to treat the next LMD we are fighting to stop from killing us more gently till you can catch up.  Croft, where are the others?"

Diana answered over at the communications post,
"Team B and C are locked in combat.  It looks like Team C is in danger of being overwhelmed!"

Talbot turned to the others,
"Rockford.. Apocalypse!  Go take Creel and help Team C.  Agent Frost you get you over there.  Deathlok, are you operational?"

"A bit dazed from the shocking limpet mine that android put on me!  But I can fight!", the cyborg responded.

"Good!  You and Deadpool are with me!  Let's head for the labs and go help Team B!"

Stanley Leibowitz couldn't believe what Nat was telling him.  "What you're saying is, that Hydra, an organization that broke off from Nazi Germany because Hitler didn't go far enough, and let me understand this...  HYDRA was transplanted into SSR by Project Paperclip when it reformed first into F.L.A.G., then trained up successors from the most ruthless and cruel agents of SHIELD?  NO WAY!"

Nat assured, "When they attempted to kill Director Fury, he faked his death and retained Rogers and Romanov to destroy the corrupted SHIELD Agents in a special operation to stop Project Insight."

Stanley objected, "I worked on Project Insight before I ended up over here!  It was started in case an alien invasion attacked the Earth!  I was involved in the layout and balance of the armaments for those helicarriers produced for that project!  Why in world did it need to be stopped?"

Agent R schooled him, "There was no need for a repulsion fleet, unless it was to be space borne!  HYDRA built a flying battle fleet so they could travel to New York City and attack MIB Headquarters so they could take over the Arc Net.  That's a planetary force field with its controls within our headquarters, which Hydra wanted control over to maintain the defenses they felt they needed to establish the power they thought they needed to protect their interests!  They were ready to level New York City to do that, after they eliminated all potential opposition!  Just what probably would have happened in The Battle Of New York earlier had that SHIELD pilot been successful in using those nuclear weapons to level the city!"

Levi stuttered,
"Force field around the Earth?  But they used a worm hole... that makes more sense but I need to think about this!"

Agent Leibowitz checked his F35's airframe for any cracks in the wing surfaces or any leaking that would indicate a loss of hydraulic fluids.   Being a SHIELD Heavy Weapons Specialist his plane being loaded with long range surface to air missiles.  Agent Sitwell spoke with Stanley, "Protocols for this kind of crisis are clear.  Load up the deep red tips.". Stanley understood what that meant.  He opened the locked ammunition cases to extract four red colored war heads.  He knew they were, tactical nuclear devices that were capable of easily leveling the city and killing millions.  The protocol that Sitwell was quoting was a long standing SHIELD order, "Don't let the enemy establish a base.  Use whatever means necessary to leave scorched Earth.  Stanley unquestioningly loaded up the warheads into missiles and locked them for firing on the awaiting F-35 fighters.  He met with another pilot, Agent Kurtzberg and they began to prepare their planes for final desperate attack if it needed to be done.

Agent Kurtzberg and Agent Leibowitz suited up in flight suits and waited in their F-35's.   Suddenly an order came, "Wipe the target area.  Authorization Secretary Pierce."  Stanley gasped, "They can't be serious!"  Agent Jacob Kurtzberg motioned on the radio, "We should at least get airborne!"  Stanley agreed, maybe it was just a preparation order, as they had been given before.  Stanley was revving up his aircraft as the moved into the take off bay along with Kurtzberg's jet.  Stanley saw that Director Fury was trying to get over to them, but he moved his jet to get airborne.  Perhaps he was wondering why they were delaying.  To his shock he saw The Director fire a rocket propelled grenade into Agent Kurtzberg's jet, annihilating it.  Stanley gunned his engines and took off, and radioed to his commander, Jasper Sitwell.  "Sir, Director Fury just destroyed Agent Kurtberg's jet!" he questioned.  Sitwell answered, "I think he become mind controlled, we think the Avengers have become mind controlled too.  The situation is intolerable, don't let anyone stop you Agent Leibowitz!  If those missiles aren't launched, the enemy will take over New York and kill billions!"  Stanley learned of how Loki had controlled Agent Barton into attacking SHIELD, so he believed his superior.  Suddenly a voice came over the radio, it was Director Fury, "Liebowitz, turn around immediately or we will blow you out of the sky!"  Stanley answered, "Sorry sir.  I can't trust that it's really you."  Fury shouted out as Stanley switched off radio communications, "What kind of insanity are you talking...."

Stanley saw the New York skyline as he loaded in the firing sequence into the missile to explode with maximum effect, he wasn't thinking he was a murderer.  He was just trying to save rest of the people on Earth by launching the missile to destroy the city and the invading alien army.  He began to reconsider this course of action when he noticed that Iron Man suddenly coming after his jet and firing targeting radar in sweeps him.  "Oh no!  Sitwell was right!  They are mind controlled!  He plans to destroy me!  I won't let the enemy win!"  Panicking, Stanley fired his nuclear tipped missiles at New York City.  One was jammed and fell harmlessly into the sea as blast from the armored Avenger rocked Stanley's plane.  "I am going down!" Stanley cried out, but it wouldn't matter anyways as the explosion from the missile would soon destroy everything.  Everything including Rockafeller Center, The Empire State Building, The Statue of Liberty.  What had he done!  Suddenly the strangeness of space came onto his view screen.  "Did I die and go to heaven?", Stanley asked wondering how he was in space and still able to fly his fighter.  A huge explosion suddenly filled his screen and he saw his plane entering into an atmosphere.  He furiously struggled with the control and managed to crash land his plane onto a coniferous forest.  Being terrifically jarred by the crash landing, he took a few moments to recover and opened his aircraft canopy.  Stanley immediately retrieved the emergency radio to find out the situation, "Strange, I am trying to tune the radio into any signal and it's like all the radio stations disappeared off the face of the Earth."  Suddenly large grey skinned people with colorful horns appeared and surrounded him, demanding his surrender with the tips of their spears.  "Or I'm not on Earth anymore", Stanley lamented.

Back at the Warehouse

As Levi finished listening he hit stop, Tyrmorn said excitedly, "Didn't I tell you this was good stuff?  Original recordings!"

Levi smiles as he reached over to hit the stop button , "It is, but I couldn't help but sense another track playing."

Levi suddenly shot sparks at the player and began to play the same song over, this time the unheard second track was audible.
"You will worship Edisal and Zahytan and enjoy lust and zyn..."

Levi laughed loudly,
"First of all its Edirisal, who is the Lunivian's goddess of Evil and Satan is the Lord of Evil in Abrahamic Religion.  Secondly, the evil messages are only heard when the track is played backwards.  I know, my father was a minister who would show us how messages were comicly hidden in our rock n' roll records.  Thirdly, you just aren't selling these CD's to me, that big red piece of eye candy put you up to this."

Levi pointed at the large red skinned alien woman,  "Look, I know you arent his wife, you're an Agent of Behni Imperial Department of Treachery & Espionage.  And this is sort of operation to discredit American Rock to drive further a wedge between the rigidly atheist Kree and the overly religious Skrull, so your fellow Behni can can sweep in after they destroy each other and take what ever is left."

The woman suddenly spoke up in English in a strange accent that slurred her words, "You know somucht, sept when to keep quiet soit will save you life!". She them bellowed loudly, "Huar rah rur fur!"

Levi smiled at  Tyrmorn,
"Doesn't Behni sound like some overly drunken man screaming with all his might to be heard at a stadium?"

Suddenly a large red man, over eight feet tall entered carrying a very large two handed sword and dress in chain mail/plate armour covered with small spikes and horns.  He grimaced angrily and looked intensely at Levi through his black fleshed red eyes yelling, "Huree rahm hreen!"

The Behni charged him, but Levi delivered an electrically charged punch to his jaw, knocking him back as he revealed, "Very familiar with your stubborn species.  You two were probably partners in battle, till one day that bizarre genetic instability you guys have caused your older buddy to become female, so you married her so she wouldn't lose her property for becoming a girl."

The Behni woman yelled, "Hurrah Bah Peen!".  This made the male Behni leapt up to attack Levi with his fists, Levi continued, " But though the males have ownership of everything, its the females that make the decisions as they are always older and wiser and are deferred too.  That's how I know that big piece of cinnamon flavored candy is in charge here.  What did you do?  Find Tyrmorn hauling contraband, and threatened to seize his property if he didn't go along with poorly conceived operation to make the Noeir government turn on proprietors of American Rock Taverns so you could sow suspicion of their human allies?"

Levi landed a double fisted blow on the back of the huge male, the electrical charges from his hands increasing the effectiveness of his blows.  To huge Behni males entered in.  Levi mockingly said to the female who still lay prone on the table, "Oh?   Are these the kids?" The huge males wielded large maces, Levi poured shocking voltage through them stunning the men as they suddenly were shocked into gripping their weapons tightly before falling over.  A scary growl was heard as something bigger than a man crawling towards him.

Levi smiled, "Can't be!  Is that a Raihyubua?  One of Behni's genetically engineered alligator soldier men?".  The Raihyubua charged as it crawled quickly on the floor towards him.  A jet black bald little man appeared behind it.  Levi got out in surprise, "A'dark drawk?". Suddenly beams of light generated from the small man's eyes.  Levi ducked as the beams burned through a crate behind him, ".  A shot exploded near him as he ducked, he looked up and saw a short tough looking lady soldier in plastic like armor rechambering a round.  He mused, " An elite Quamaorle sniper too?". Suddenly a powerful vulture like man with sharp teeth tried to rake him with his long sharp claws.  Levi avoided the deadly talons and replied with a round house kick to his assailant's face.  "A Skalogac clawed assassin?  What's next, a Suetay cactus man?".

The Vulture Man moved quickly away from him as the Alligator man dragged back the two unconscious large Behni males.  The Behni female was helping away the first Behni male in armor.  Levi spotted Tyrmorn the Thukx hiding behind some crates, he scolded "Seriously uncool, Tyrmorn!" Suddenly a huge dragon beast moved quickly towards Levi, "The Vixtorr dragon man!". The alien dragon breathed fire on Levi, a torrent of flames flowed over where he was standing.  

As the flames cleared, Tyrmorn looked up and saw a pyre of flames, " Levi?". The Behni Woman, Maaldayne, coldly replied "We will need another distributor for our altered Earth CDs, so find....".  Maaldayne looked in astonishment over where Levi had been standing and instead of wild flames, a telekinetic fire sculpture of a gigantic Earthling Eagle formed and surrounded Levi and a small Lunivian woman in pink whom fire sculpture reacted to as she manipulated it around her.  Tyrmorn spoke up nervously as Maaldayne froze in horror, "When I was a child, there when a notorious Earth Woman made that same sculpture of telekinetic fire.  I watched as she drained out the life of a star, killing billions in one solar system.  They called her, The Phoenix! ".  

Levi smiled, " I almost thought you weren't going to come.". The Lunivian woman answered, "Because you thought if making it part of the agreement that your friend would let you paint his tall attractive Behni wife for one of your nudes?".  Levi apologized, "Reading my mind again?  I am so sorry, Kaetean!  I didn't mean to infer I was bored with you.  It's just Behni women are hard to meet outside Imperial space and I have yet to find one as a subject for my works!". Kaetean smiled, "You know they are born as guys right?  Just remember I spent hours sitting on that Earth horse animal you rented for that "Lady Godiva" painting we haven't yet finished, so don't forget about it and move onto another one of your projects!".  The Vixtorr began to breath again, Kaetean spoke, " You take the others, this beast is mine!"

Crates of smuggled compact discs suddenly flew into the air to hammer into the Vixtorr.  The huge Dragon slumped down as the crates slammed into him.   The Vulture man jumped toward Levi to attack, and the Alligator man tried to jump him from behind.  Levi jump kicked the Skalogac in the beak, knocking the lightly bone dense alien down.  He then threw an electrical arc at Raihyubua, but the alligator man shook off the attack.  Levi quickly picked a metal pipe, "Okay!  Let's try this!". The Raihyubua charged with its jaw opened, Levi stuffed the pipe into its snapping mouth.  He then charged the pipe with a powerful electrical charge, the alligator man growled and slumped down on the floor.  A shot zipped past Levi's head, he looked up and saw the elite Quamaorle sniper as she loaded for another shot.  A burning beam struck near Levi, he knew it was the A'dark drawk.  The A'dark were small mean drawves who took full advantage of their dark smoke grey coloring to sneak up on their enemies in the shadows.  A drawk was an A'dark who had the gift of telekinetic vision that sent vaporizing beams at their target.  

Maaldayne commanded, <> "Stop wasting our resources on that one, that Luva is much more dangerous!  Everyone target her!".

Kaetean spoke, "Babe, I am going to need your help.  They are starting to target me and..". Levi stopped her, " I'll do it, just do it quickly!" The A'Dark was targeting Kaetean, but saw Levi as he suddenly launched high into the air above him.  Levi landed with a hand stand on the dwarf's head, a powerful surge of electricity caused him to scream.  He slumped down on the floor as Levi got up in time to see the Quamaorle Sniper telekinetically launched into the air like he just was, but her experience was not as satisfying as she was flying backwards.  She landed hard on the Vixtorr's face, stunning it.  Kaetean smiled, "I knew that big butt would be a formidable weapon."  Maaldayne knocked down Levi and began to choke him, "Youh shupid aype!  Youh metalling monkie! You caknot defeyt da Behni Empire!"

Suddenly the Vixtorr landed down unconscious beside her.  Kaetean came down towards Maaldayne with her fearsome giant bird flame structure around her, "Hey Kaitlynn Jenner, hands off my boyfriend!".  Maaldayne was pushed back by Kaetean's telekinesis right onto the wall, where she slumped down and lost consciousness.  Levi said smiling, " Kaitlynn Jenner!  You're starting to learn my people's culture!".  She suddenly sensed something behind the crates.  "One more!", Kaetean told him.  Tyrmorn jumped up, " I was forced to do this!  Levi, tell her!". Kaetean pointed in another direction, "Not him, over there!". Levi charged up his fists as he looked behind some crates, the he found a fat vegetation man that looked like its body was a sculpture created from trunks of The Barrel Cactus of The American Southwest.  Levi said in happy recognition, " A Suetay!"

Elsewhere in the galaxy, Peter Quill picked up his communicator.  Gamora, the green alien woman with him asked, "Is it Rocket and Drax back with supplies?"

Peter answered, "No, its one of my old Ravager's buddies, Levi Williams.  He's been trying to beat me at rare species bingo ever since I won big after finding Groot.  Our current game, we are trying to find the most associated species together in one place."

He opened the picture, a 3D hologram that showed Levi with Kaetean in an old warehouse with broken crates and compact discs scattered about, and standing between them was a Thukx and a Suetay.  On the ground unconcious were several Behni, a Quamaorle female, a Raihyubua, an A'dark male, a Skalogac assassin, and a Vixtorr Dragon.  The voice message spoke, "Beat that, Quill!".  Peter complained, "No way!  How did Williams find of them together like that!  Can we go to Skrullos?  I think I could find way more associated species there, or at least Skrull we could hire to impersonate them!"

Gamora scolded him, "Quill, we are not going to Skrullos so you can win a bet!"
